1. Acceptance

By using Say When (say-when.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Say When is an AI-powered scheduling coordination tool. Organizers describe a meeting in natural language; the service collects availability from participants via SMS or web link and suggests mutually available time slots. No meeting is booked without explicit organizer approval.

3. SMS Terms

By providing a phone number to an organizer who uses Say When, or by creating an account with a phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Say When related to scheduling requests you are part of. These messages may include:

Invitations to respond with your availability
Proposed time slot options and vote tallies
Confirmation or cancellation notifications

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further SMS will be sent for active requests associated with your number.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on scheduling activity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service to send unsolicited messages to people who have not agreed to participate in a scheduling request.
Provide false or misleading information.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@say-when.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that suggested time slots will meet your needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Say When shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
